Seekee Chung - Robin de Goede
‘Found footage’ is a filmmaking term which describes a method of compiling films partly or entirely of footage, not been created by the filmmaker, and changing its meaning by placing it in a new context.
Chung and de Goede use the virtual world of the web as an inexhaustible archive of ‘non-moving’ footage.
This existing imagery is the basis for their work which by theme is often intrinsically connected.
'Found Footage' shows a selection of drawings and objects, which are defined by their silent, desolate and alienated appearance.
